11 ELECTRIC SYSTEM
11.1 OVERVIEW
The wiring loom is split in four main parts:
• Chassis harness
• Engine harness
• Gearbox harness
• GCC/EGA harness
The power system (+12V) includes
• Battery: installed in the cockpit behind driver seat
• Main switch: electrically operated, located on the battery carrier
• Generator: installed on the engine
• Powerbox: current distribution is provided to the vehicle by a power distribution module
• Starter: direct power connection
• ESA (gear actuator): fused power connection
