Macro Mode ( )
Press the button to select “Macro” or “Infi nity” function. To shoot a
close-up image, use
“Macro” function to get the detail and sharpness
of the subject by fi xed focus.
To shoot infi nity shots, use “Infi nity” function to shoot landscapes and
distant objects. It can also be used for compositions combining both near
and distant objects.
Using Self-timer ( )
Self-timer function allows you to take pictures 2 sec, 5 sec or 10 sec later
after you press the shutter release button down fully. If you want to take
yourself into the image, you can use this function. We recommend you use
a tripod or place the camera on a steady surface when using self-timer.
1 Press button until the icon , or appears on the LCD
monitor.
2 After locking the focus and pressing the shutter release button
down fully, the self-timer lamp blinks. The camera will take the
image automatically after the time you set ends.
Note: The self-timer mode will not be cancelled after taking a
image. Use button again to turn off the self-timer function.
