<Paging_time_window>: string type; half a byte in a 4 bit format. The
paging time window referes to bit 8 to 5 of octet 3 of the Extended DRX
parameters information element (see subclause 10.5.5.32 of 3GPP TS

AT+CEDRXRDP=?
Test command returns the supported <mode>s and the value ranges for the
access technology and the requested eDRX value as compound values.
