+CNUM - Subscriber Number
where:
<alpha> - alphanumeric string associated to <number>; used character set should be
the one selected with +CSCS.
<number> - string containing the phone number in the format <type>
<type> - type of number:
129 - national numbering scheme
145 - international numbering scheme (contains the character "+").
AT+CNUM=?
Test command returns the OK result code

AT+COPN
Execution command returns the list of operator names from the ME in the format:
+COPN: <numeric1>,<alpha1>[<CR><LF>
+COPN: <numeric2>,<alpha2>[…]]
where:
<numericn> - string type, operator in numeric format (see +COPS)
<alphan> - string type, operator in long alphanumeric format (see +COPS)
Note: each operator code <numericn> that has an alphanumeric equivalent <alphan>
in the ME memory is returned

+COPS - Operator Selection
AT+COPS=
[<mode>
[,<format>
[,<oper>[,< AcT>]]]]
Set command forces an attempt to select and register the network operator.
<mode> parameter defines whether the operator selection is done automatically or
it is forced by this command to operator <oper>.
The operator <oper> shall be given in format <format>.
Parameters:
<mode>
0 - automatic choice (the parameter <oper> will be ignored) (factory default)
1 - manual choice (<oper> field shall be present)
