#MONI - Cell Monitor
AT#MONI=
<number>
Set command sets one cell out of seven, in a neighbour of the serving cell
including it, from which extract GSM/WCDMA/LTE-related information.
Parameter:
<number>
<GSM network>
0..6 - it is the ordinal number of the cell, in a neighbour of the serving cell (default
0, serving cell).
7 - it is a special request to obtain GSM-related information from the whole set of
seven cells in the neighbour of the serving cell.
<WCDMA network>
0 – it is the active set
1 – it is the candidate set
2 – it is the syncronized neighbour set
3 – it is the unsyncronized neighbour set
4..6 – it is not available
7 - it is a special request to obtain WCDMA-related information from the all sets.
<LTE network>
0 – it is the serving cell
1 – it is the intra-frequency cells
2 – it is the inter-frequency cells
3 – it is the WCDMA neighbour cells
4 – it is the GSM neighbour cells
5..6 – it is not available
7 - it is a special request to obtain LTE-related information from the all available
neighbour cells.

Read command reports the following GSM/WCDMA-related information for
selected cell and dedicated channel (if exists).

a) When extracting data for the serving cell and the network name is known the
format is:
