Parameters:
<fac> - facility
"SC" - SIM (PIN request) (device asks SIM password at power-
up and when this lock command issued)
"AO" - BAOC (Barr All Outgoing Calls)
"OI" - BOIC (Barr Outgoing International Calls)
"OX" - BOIC-exHC (Barr Outgoing International Calls except
to Home Country)
"AI" - BAIC (Barr All Incoming Calls)
"IR" - BIC-Roam (Barr Incoming Calls when Roaming outside
the home country)
"AB" - All Barring services (applicable only for
<mode>=0)
"AG" - All outGoing barring services (applicable only for
<mode>=0)
"AC" - All inComing barring services (applicable only for
<mode>=0)
"FD" - SIM fixed dialling memory feature (if PIN2
authentication has not been done during the current
session, PIN2 is required as
<passwd>)
"PN" - network Personalisation
"PU" - network subset Personalisation
"PP" - service Provider Personalization
(refer 3GPP TS 22.022 [33])
"PC" - Corporate Personalization (refer 3GPP TS 22.022 [33])
"PF" - lock Phone to the very First inserted SIM/UICC card
(also referred in the present document as PH-FSIM)
(MT asks password when other than the first SIM/UICC
card is inserted)
<mode> - defines the operation to be done on the facility
0 - unlock facility
1 - lock facility
2 - query status
<passwd> - shall be the same as password specified for the
facility from the DTE user interface or with command
Change Password
+CPWD
<class> - sum of integers each representing a class of
information (default is 7)
1 - voice (telephony)
2 - data (refers to all bearer services)
4 - fax (facsimile services)(not supported by LTE)
8 - short message service
16 - data circuit sync
32 - data circuit async
64 - dedicated packet access
128 - dedicated PAD access
