set isdn dialer ippp0 no-in-number
allows to accept calls from any caller.
set ppp login <user> password <password>
can be used to populate the user authentication database.
The database will be used during the authentication of incoming and outgoing calls.
In order to verify the dialer configuration just set, the command is:
show interface isdn dialer ippp0
