25. ROUTE SURVEYING
The coordinates of the center peg and width pegs for a straight line can be found from the coordinates of the
reference point and IP point.
It is then possible to proceed with the setting-out of the center peg and width pegs.
PROCEDURE
1. In the second page of the OBS mode screen, press
[MENU], then select "Road".
2. Select "Line" to enter the Straight Line menu.
3. Input the coordinates of the reference point, then press
[OK].
Press [LOAD] to read in the already registered coordinate
data and set as the coordinates of the reference point.

The reference point coordinates can be stored as the
coordinates for a known point in the current job by pressing
[REC].
