HUB Ver >= 31.9.0:
SYS_LICENCE is used to restrict or enable miscellaneous functions in the satellite network.
The parameter is applicable on HUB only, and you can currently change the
CURRENT value
as given in table below:

The EEPROM value (applied after RESET / REBOOT) is a kind of encrypted with Production
Serial Number as seed.
