3.10.6 NET_GROUPS [1…5]
Default 0, Range 0…100
HUB: Not Used.
RT: Sets the GROUP information of an RT. An RT may belong to maximum 5 Groups, and
each GROUP address may be in the range 1...100. Default is zero. I.e. None GROUPs.
