LOOP
When enabled, data received from the satellite link and sent to PORT, will be (software) looped
within the PORT module, and handled as it was received from the INTERFACE (i.e. sent back to
satellite link and the other (remote) network node).
Data received from the INTERFACE will be looped back to the INTERFACE.
