4) When the equipment stops operating, type [SPM_PSON] and click Send to supply power to the
PANO Sensor.
5) Wait 20 seconds and click Dark to achieve the Dark Calibration data file.
6) Select 30x686d.raw and click V to open View16.
7) Make sure that the Median value meets the standard (700~2300).
