4.2. Main MCU Board Parameters
To check the saved Parameter value in MAIN MCU BOARD, type [SPM_PVER] in the
Terminal 1.9b program.
The Parameter values in this manual are random numbers only for explanation. Thus, do not
refer to the Parameter Values written in this manual since the actual Parameter Values for
your system differ from these values. Wrong inputs of Parameter value may damage the
equipment.
