1.2. Bad Pixel: Specification & Definition
Bad pixel Definition
- Dead pixel: No responsive pixel (value : 0 or 16384)
- Non-uniform response pixel: Pixel with ± 30% response variation relative to the neighboring
pixel
Bad line Definition
- A continuous lousy pixel that effective area width, height size is more than 50%
1x343 or 92x1 or higher
- Total max. 7 line
- At least 5 lines of standard pixels between lousy line and lousy line
Cluster Definition
- A continuous lousy pixel with 3x3 or more consecutive pixels (surrounded by a bad pixel in all
directions (upper, lower, left, right) around a single bad pixel)
