2. Safety Information
X-rays can be dangerous if not appropriately used followed by the safety instructions. Carefully
observe safety instructions and warnings to ensure maximum protection from X-ray hazards. To
operate and service the device, follow the instructions contained in this manual.
Operator Qualifications
This equipment may only be operated and serviced by a trained Vatech authorized
engineer. To operate this equipment, all operators must:
have read and understood the service manual before application.
be familiar with the fundamental structures and functions of the equipment with
enough experience.
Only Vatech. Inc authorized operator can handle the electrical circuit board
and an understanding of the electric and electrical system is required.
be able to recognize operation malfunction and implement appropriate
measures to take care of irregularities.
General Safety Precautions
To operate and service the device, following instructions, Note, Important,
Caution, and Warning must be carefully
Do not place any objects within the equipment operational boundary. It can
physically damage equipment.
Ensure that this medical equipment is kept away from water, moisture, or
foreign substances always.
The sudden change of temperature may affect equipment operation conditions
by causing condensation. Wait until the equipment reaches room temperature
then turn it on.
Vatech original accessories may only operate this product, or Vatech approved
third-party accessories.
