The MRIdian system equipment should not be moved from its installation
position, or stacked, because testing was conducted with the system in
the installation position.
2.1 Proper Patient Identification
Selection of the incorrect treatment plan over a number of treatment
fractions can result in serious injury to the patient.
Before entering a patient into the system, make sure each patient is
scr
eened for MR safety. See “MR Safety Screening” on page 35.
Verify that the patient photo and patient information correctly
identifies the patient you are about to treat.
Make sure you select the correct patient plan and procedure for
the patient.
