Carefully monitor any changes in the each patient’s health and any
procedures the patient has undergone that would
require a complete
re-screening to determine if the patient is a candidate for MR imaging
or would require special monitoring during MR imaging.
2.7.6 MR Worker Screening and Reporting Requirements
 All MR workers must undergo an MR screening procedure as part of their employment
interview process to ensure their safety in the MR environment.
 All MR per
sonnel must immediately report to the MR medical director any trauma,
procedure, or surgery they experience or undergo in which a ferromagnetic metallic object
or device may have been introduced within or on them.
