VMI VVS OL82 - Only Half of the Breaker Is Seen in the Material

If... Then...
you want to switch to
body centering mode
later,
you need to decrease the delta body parameter.
If you want to switch to
body centering mode
earlier,
you need to increase the delta body parameter.
If... Then...
the TBM is equipped with
a BK5120 encoder
module,
check the measured length in the MATERIAL SCAN tab of the
VVSU.
Make sure that the measured length reflects the length of the
material.
the TBM is not equipped
with a BK5120 encoder
module,
check the encoder calibration.
8.4.3 Only half of the breaker is seen in the material scan
Problem:
When looking into the material scan only half of the breaker is seen (LE edge and part of
the body). In addition no summary file is created which summarizes the measured length,
LE angle and TE angle.
Cause:
The camera is not well focused. This results in camera samples indicating 'no material',
while there is still breaker materials under the camera.
