5.3.3 Calibrate the camera
NOTICE
In case of a truck breaker servicer, breaker 1 and 3 use the same camera and breaker
2 and 4 use the same camera. Because the height of the camera above the material
differs slightly for the breaker positions, it is necessary to perform calibration for
each camera twice:
- Always first calibrate in the breaker 1 position and then in the breaker 3 position.
- Always first calibrate in the breaker 2 position and then in the breaker 4 position.
1. Place the calibration template on the conveyor belt as follows:

2. In VVSU, go to tab CALIBRATION.
3.
Select SENSOR in the SELECT ITEM TO CALIBRATE drop‑down box.
4. Enter the template width in the TEMPLATE WIDTH (MM) field.
5. Enter thickness 0 in the MATERIAL THICKNESS (MM) field.
