8.8 Calibration problems
8.8.1 The camera does not have the right set of parameters
Problem:
Initially the camera does not have the right set of parameters.
Solution:
Make sure that in the VVSU SENSOR tab, the 'Ascending Threshold' and
'Descending Threshold' parameters have the right value.
The typical values are:
Ascending Threshold 120
Descending Threshold 100
8.8.2 Region Of Interest (ROI) problems
Problem:
The Region Of Interest (ROI) of the camera is set too small or not set at all.
Solution:
Use the VVSU DISPLAY SENSOR tab to set the ROI with SAVE EDGES.
8.8.3 Tread width measurement problem
Problem:
The camera for the tread conveyor shows a faulty width measurement.
Cause:
Possibly, the camera for a tread conveyor shows a faulty width measurement because of
the timing belt in the middle of the camera field of view.
Solution:
Adjust the 'Obstruction Width' system parameter in the VVSU SYSTEM tab.

8.8.4 Actuator errors
In normal circumstances, the display on the controller indicates three dots. These three
dots indicate that no errors are present.
A blinking number indicates an error code. If several errors are present at the same time,
the error with the highest priority will be indicated. If this error is no longer present,
the display will indicate the next error.
