8.2.2 Camera Version retrieval error
Retrieval problems of the Camera version are similar to the Actuator version retrieval
error on page 8
11.
Additional problem:
After power down or after start service 99 the camera can lose its address.
Solution:
In order to avoid camera parameter loss, enter start service 1 (reset device) followed by
entering a start service 44 to save current device settings as default settings.
8.2.3 Encoder detection error
Problem:
The BK5120 encoder is not detected during VVS startup.
Description:
During VVS startup an initialization message is sent to the BK5120 module. After
initialization has completed, the BK5120 module will send a heartbeat to VVS every
second. When this heartbeat is not received for at least 4 seconds, an alarm will be send to
the PLC.
Cause:
No encoder detected due to:
Configuration error.
Encoder address error
