Length: 32 Words
Information: Results of the centering action (=Feedback), Status messages including
width measurements and errors.
Function: Sent from VVS to the PLC system at any status change or error detection
in the VVS system.
Data: Word 0: Feedback signals
Word 1: Sensor Error bits
Word 2: Controller/ Motor Errors
Word 3 up to 9: Actual position measurements
Word 10 and 11: Extended status bits
Word 12 up to 31: Extended status words
6.4.1 Feedback signals (word 0)
Bit Feedback signal Remarks
0 Home conveyor ready
Home ready is valid when actuator really finished its move to the
home position.
Realize that this movement is composed of two sequential actions:
● First the actuator moves towards the homing switch and back to
zero offset position.
● Secondly the actuator performs a relative move that is equal in
size to the BreakerOffset + OffsetLE + OffsetTipLE.

1 Center material ready
This bit is set, when the centering action is terminated because the
camera no longer sees material,
As long as the camera sees material, VVS receives updates of
measured position every 5 ms.
As soon as the camera doesn't see any material anymore, this
sequence of updates is interrupted.
At the same time the camera sends status messages to the VVS
every second.
So, in a worst case situation, VVS is informed about the absence of
material under the camera one second after it is stopped.
To overcome this problem, VVS has a timer set at 250 ms.
The timer is reset every time an update in position is received. When
the timer expires, VVS assumes that there is no material under the
camera.

Encoder calibration feedback.
When calibrate command is high, this bit becomes high until
calibrate command is withdrawn or the product parameters are send
with a Calibration Length parameter > 0.
