8. To specify tickmarks, enter a number from 10 nm to 100 nm, then press
Enter.
9. Press CE to disable tickmarks (changes the value to OFF). Refer to the
figures on page 3-46 for examples of scans made with tickmarks on or
off.
10. Press Run to start the zero scan, or press Next to return to the first zero
scan parameter screen to check your parameters, then press Run.
When the detector completes running the zero scan, it returns to the
Scan choice list.
