5. Connect the connector of the reader unit with the
mating connector of the connection cable.

The reader unit is connected with the connection
cable of the relay connection.
6. Feed the cable carefully through the empty conduit
using the taut wire.

Damage to the reader unit and
periphery!
Screw on the reader unit by hand.
8. Place the reader housing on the exposed reader unit
and engage.

The reader unit is mounted.

NOTICE!
Faulty power supply due to incomplete
wiring!
Only activate the power supply once the wiring has
been completed in full.

NOTICE!
Damage to the contacts caused by
switching inductive loads!
Install the suppressor diode (freewheeling diode) sup-
plied to protect the contacts parallel to the load.

NOTICE!
Destruction of the reader due to
increased voltage!
Use a regulated powerpack supply with an output
voltage of 12 V.

Check for deenergised state.
