1-10 Introduction
* Shadow light curtain required
Outputs DSV
Two monitored relays, rated 4 A @ 120 Vac, for E-stopping and
Top-stopping press.
Lockout
One monitored relay, rated 4 A @ 120 Vac, for de-energizing motor and
other devices under critical conditions.
Auxiliary Stop Output
Provides a signal to stop auxiliary equipment during an interrupted stroke.
Speed 7-500 SPM; 500-2000 SPM optional.
Displays Three-digit LED. Displays press speed, crankshaft angle, and other press
parameters as well as status/error codes. Also displays press control
timings, which are secured with keylock and/or internal press option switch.
Counter option (see below) includes 6-digit LED and crank-angle clock.
LED indicators for Interrupted Stroke and Brake Warning.
Diagnostic LEDs on Control board for power and for all inputs, including
buttons and switches.
Options Counter/Crank-angle clock display
Includes 6-digit counter display and preset function, crank-angle clock.
Shadow V, Shadow VI, Shadow VII, or Shadow 8 Light Curtain
Heights from 6 to 60 in., scanning ranges from 23’ to 65’. Refer to Shadow
literature for more information.
Firmware
Muting for Shadow light curtain on the upstroke. Two-hand only. One-
hand*, two-hand or foot operation*. Auto compensated top-stop.
Selector Switches
Mode (One-hand*, two-hand, or foot operation*), micro-inch on/off.
2-Channel Programmable Cam
Enclosure: 5.41 x 7.38 x 3.48 in. (137.4 x 187.5 x 88.4 mm), shock-
mounted. Relay: SPDT 0-3A resistive at 240V (standard).
Foot Switch
Safety switch for foot actuation* (1-hand/2-hand/foot firmware required).
One-hand Control
Control for one-hand actuation* (1-hand/2-hand/foot firmware required).
Counterbalance Air Pressure Switch
12-150 PSI. Monitors counterbalance air supply (uses one custom input).
Bar Mode Control
Allows manual turning of crankshaft.
