09-360 Less than 45 Days
Left on Supplies
Plan
A message shall be displayed
on the Local UI and the Web
UI when there are less than
45 days left on the
customer’s PagePack
(Supplies Plan) Contract.
The message shall appear
until the customer enters
a new enhanced PagePack
PIN or the contract period
ends.
The message shall inform
the customer that their
device will lose the
capability to utilize
metered supplies if they
do not renew their
PagePack Contract.
The message shall display
the number of days left on
the contract.
The message shall include
the device’s serial number
and Supplies Plan Number
to use in generating new
PIN in the event that the
customer renews their
metered supplies contract.
