Introduction
Overview
The ZCU216 is an evaluaon board featuring the ZU49DR Zynq
®
UltraScale+™ RFSoC Gen3
device. This board enables evaluaon of applicaons requiring sub-6 GHz Bands for Radio,
mmWave, and full L-band and S-Band in Phased Array Radar. The ZCU216 board is equipped
with all the common board-level features needed for design development like DDR4 memory,
networking interfaces, an FMC+ expansion port as well as access to the RFMC 2.0 interface.
Document Audience and Scope
The purpose of this guide is to familiarize system architects, soware developers, and hardware
designers with the ZCU216 evaluaon board. The ZCU216 evaluaon board features the Zynq
UltraScale+ RFSoC ZU49DR. The ZCU216 board enables the demonstraon, evaluaon, and
development of numerous applicaons.
