User PMOD GPIO Headers

The ZCU216 evaluaon board supports two right-angle PMOD GPIO receptacles J46 and J47.
The 3.3V PMOD nets are level-shied and are wired to the ZU49DR device U1 bank 88.

The detailed RFSoC connecons for the feature described in this secon are documented in the
ZCU216 board XDC le, referenced in Appendix B: Xilinx Design Constraints.

The ZCU216 board provides these user and general purpose I/O capabilies:
Eight sets of 3 RGB LEDs (24 LEDs total) (callout 23)

RGB_[R,G,B]_LED_2: DS48
RGB_[R,G,B]_LED_3: DS49
RGB_[R,G,B]_LED_4: DS50
RGB_[R,G,B]_LED_5: DS51
RGB_[R,G,B]_LED_6: DS52
RGB_[R,G,B]_LED_7: DS53
8-posion user DIP switch (callout 23)
GPIO_DIP_SW[7:0]: SW14
Five user pushbuons and a CPU reset PB switch (callouts 24 and 25)
GPIO_SW_[NWCES]: SW8, SW9, SW10, SW11, SW12
CPU_RESET: SW13
