Installing batteries
Place the battery inside the machine.
Secure the battery with the clamping bracket.
Connect the positive cable (+) first and then the ground cable (-).
Ensure the battery is firmly in place.
Turn on the battery isolator switch (5).
When folding up the maintenance ladder and cover, ensure that the locks are
locked into place.
Dispose of old batteries in an environmentally friendly way.
In winter, in particular, the battery charge should be closely monitored.
Check battery
J The battery is maintenance-free.
Risk posed by incorrectly applied voltage
There is a risk of damage to the machine electronics.
Z Ensure that the negative terminal is attached to the negative
pole (-) and the positive terminal to the positive pole (+).
