Problem Cause Solution
During communication,
no data transmits, or

Replace TC70x in cradle and retransmit.
Incorrect cable

Ensure that the correct cable configuration.

active
connection.
An icon is visible in the status bar if a connection is currently active.
Battery is not charging. TC70x removed

Replace the TC70x in the cradle. The battery fully charges in
approximately six hours.
Battery is faulty. Verify that other batteries charge properly. If so, replace the faulty
battery.

inserted
correctly in the

Remove the TC70x and reinsert it correctly. Verify charging is
active.
Ambient
temperature of
the cradle is too
warm.
Move the cradle to an area where the ambient temperature is
between -10°C (+14°F) and +60°C (+140°F).
