(1) Tabs
A tab is used by the operator to call a subfunction as desired: The subfunction will be displayed in the
Operator control area. A maximum of three tabs is available on every page.
(2) Motors and illumination
Fields for motors, AL illumination, and DL illumination are located on the right-hand side of the operator
control area. The Off and On keys work like switches.
(3) Operator control
This area contains control elements which depend on the button selected either in the navigation bar or
in the tab.
(4) Popup windows
Popup windows will appear on a page:
− To ask for additional operator input; to ask the operator to make a selection (e.g., adapt
configuration after initialization, enter values, etc.),
− To display error messages or particular notices; the operator may be asked to acknowledge a
message by pressing the Close button,
− To display the work status (waiting time); this window will close automatically.
The superimposed page is not available for use as long as a popup window is open.
