portfunctionsofcongurationinformation,whichmakesiteasyto
congureandmanagetheswitch.
1.Exportthecongurationinformation
Usethecommandshowrunning-configtoFiletoexportthe
executionresultofshowrunning-configtoacong.txtand
saveitintheFLASHmemory.Thislecanalsobeuploadedto
theTFTPserverforviewing.

2.Importthecongurationinformation
Running.cfgisabinarycongurationleinashandisgen-
eratedbyusingthecommandsaveconfig.Cong.txtisa
text-formatcongurationleandisgeneratedbyusingthe
commandshowrunning-configtoFile.Contentsofthecon-
g.txtcanbeeditedmanuallyasneededandthendownloaded
totheswitchbyusingthecommandtftp.Afterthecong-
urationleisdownloadedintotheashofswitch,rebootthe
switchtoimporttheconguration.

Innormalcase,duringtherebootingprocessofswitch,userun-
ning.cfgletorecovertheconguration.Ifswitchcan’tndrun-
ning.cfg,switchwillcheckifcong.txtexists,ifso,switchwilluse
thisletorecovertheconguration.

1.Backupthecongurationle
Whenacommandisusedtomodifytheswitchconguration,
thedataisrunninginthememoryinrealtime.Whenthe
switchisrestarted,allthecontentsnewlyconguredwillbe
lost.Thus,youneedtoexecutethecommandsaveconfigto
savethecurrentcongurationintotheFLASHmemory.The
