PVLAN(PrivateVLAN)isaport-basedVLAN.Itconsistsofmany
promiscuousportsandisolatedports.Isolatedportscannotac-
cesseachother ,butisolatedportsandpromiscuousportscanac-
cesseachother .
ZXR102920/2928/2952/2936-FIsupports4PVLANs.EachPVLAN
supportsapromiscuousport.Thereisnorestrictionforisolated
portsnumber ,buttheycannotbegigabitports.
PVLANpermitstheusertoaccessserver ,butthedirectinter-ac-
cessbetweenusersisnotpermitted.Therefore,theconguration
onlytakeseffectonawholePVLANarea(thesharedandisolated
portsexisttogether).Thepromiscuousandisolatedportsarenec-
essarytobecongured,otherwise,thecongurationofPVLANwill
beinvalid.
