7. Save Truck Y = If you wish to enter a truck code on each POS
transaction and save truck totals, enter Y. Totals
are saved in the T2ssyy.D file and are printed on
the Sales Analysis report at day end. Truck
descriptions are entered in Sales, Descriptions.
N = Do not save truck information.
8. Save Delivered By Y = If you wish to enter a delivered by code on each
POS transaction and save delivered by totals, enter
Y. Totals are saved in the T2ssyy.D file and are
printed on the Sales Analysis report at day end.
Delivered by descriptions are entered in Sales,
Descriptions.
N = Do not save delivered by information.
9. Save Checked By Y = If you wish to enter a checked by code on each POS
transaction and save checked by totals, enter Y.
Totals are saved in the T2ssyy.D file and are
printed on the Sales Analysis report at day end.
Checked by descriptions are entered in Sales,
Descriptions.
N = Do not save checked by information.
10. Save Loaded By Y = If you wish to enter a loaded by code on each POS
transaction and save loaded by totals, enter Y.
Totals are saved in the T2ssyy.D file and are
printed on the Sales Analysis report at day end.
Loaded by descriptions are entered in Sales,
Descriptions.
N = Do not save loaded by information.
5 After changing the entries, the computer asks:
Save Changes <Y/N>?
Enter Y if all entries are correct. Or enter N to not make the changes. You can
also save the changes to all other stores.
6 Press Esc when the cursor is at
