NMEA 0183 broadcast packets are sent via multicast to IP address 239.192.0.4.

These are sent whenever an Ethernet connection is established and cannot be disabled.
The minimum rate is 1 Hz, except for GPHBT & TSS1 whereby the minimum is as indicated in the table Table
19: NMEA 0183 output messages supported.
The maximum output rate for any message is 100 Hz.
