Bi-directional Analysis Operation
View Results in Summary Page: Single Direction View
1. Press Wave to display the Wave menu

and select the desired wavelength to be displayed
(see “Wavelength Selection Menu In OTDR Pages” on page 45 for details).
2. Press View to display the View menu

3. Use arrows to select the desired option:
– Single 1 -> 2 to display Summary data and Trace taken from End 1 (single direction).
– Single 2 -> 1 to display Summary data and Trace taken from End 2 (single direction).
4. Press key to conrm selection and exit View menu.
5. The Summary page will display the Trace Graph

and Summary Table

for the selected
test.
– If needed, switch between two column sets views, Loss Cols and Max Cols, to see the
complete analysis for the selected test. See “How to Switch Column Sets in Summary Page
(Single Direction View)” on page 60 for details.
– If needed, press the Re-Calc

key that allows to re-calculate events (see “Re-Calculate
Events” on page 48 for details).
