Serial Number Information (ALL)
The serial number information on the instrument labels provide the following
information:
Rear view of the module
Figure 2 Rear View of Detector
CCXZZ00000 Format
CC Country of manufacturing (DE Germany)
X Alphabetic character A-Z (used by manufacturing)
ZZ Alpha-numeric code 0-9, A-Z, where each combination
unambiguously denotes a module (there can be more than one
code for the same module)
00000 Serial number
