Nano Flow Cell - Replacing or Cleaning
When If parts are contaminated or leaky.
Tools required Screwdriver POZI 1 PT3
Two 1/4 inch wrenches for capillary connections
Parts required Description
For parts identification refer to “Nano Flow Cells” on page 244 (80 nL and 500 nL).
Preparations Turn the lamp(s) off.
Remove the front cover.
Remove the flow cell, see “Exchanging a Flow Cell” on page 200.
NOTE
For details refer to the technical note that comes with the nano-flow cell kit.
NOTE
The quartz block can be cleaned with alcohol. DO NOT touch the inlet and outlet windows
at the quartz block.
