5 Using the Detector
Setting up an Analysis
Requirements and Conditions
Parts and Material required
Table 21 on page 86 lists the parts and material you need for the set up of the
analysis. Some of these are optional (not required for the basic system).

Column: Zorbax Eclipse XDB C18, 150 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 µm (p/n 993967-906)
Standard: Agilent isocratic checkout sample (p/n 01080-68704). This 0.5 mL
ampoule contains 0.15 wt.% dimethylphthalate, 0.15 wt.% diethylphthalate,
0.01 wt.% biphenyl, 0.03 wt.% o-terphenyl in methanol.
