Cleaning or Exchanging the Holmium Oxide Filter

While releasing the holder with a screw driver, carefully
insert the holmium oxide filter.
5 Replace the flow cell cover and fix the six screws.

filter.
7 Insert the flow cell, see “Exchanging a Flow Cell” on page 200.
8 Replace the front cover.
9 Turn on the flow.
