This parameter specifies the threshold at which the fault (Er22-0) alarm is reported. In position
mode, if the residual pulse value exceeds the setting of this parameter, the fault alarm is reported.
The value 0 indicates no detection on position deviation.

The parameter is used to enable or disable the detection on out-of-control speed.
This parameter specifies whether the drive reports a main circuit undervoltage alarm when the
main power encounters a main circuit undervoltage fault.
In servo enabling state, the drive does not report the fault Er13-1 when
main circuit undervoltage occurs.
In servo enabling state, the drive reports the fault Er13-1 and stops
when main circuit undervoltage occurs.
