1 - Spoiler
❑ Removing
– Extend spoiler
– Remove bolts -4- and
remove spoiler.

Note
– The read lid trim panel is
removed. Refer to ⇒
Body Interior; Rep. Gr.
70 ; Removal and Instal‐
lation
– Retract spoiler.
– Remove water drain ho‐
ses.
– Clip adjusting elements
into spoiler
– Align intermediate piece
according to adjusting
elements and bond to
spoiler.
– Insert spoiler in drive
unit and align slides, top
and bottom.
– With assistants, press
spoiler in evenly and
hold firmly.
– Open lid and tighten bolts -4- through water drain hose opening.
– Install water drain hose, ensuring it is seated correctly and does not leak.
2 - Adjusting element
❑ Always replace.
❑ Clip into spoiler
❑ The adjusting elements are self-adjusting. That means height differences can be evened out by the
adjusting elements.
3 - Intermediate piece
❑ Self-adhesive
4 - Bolt
❑ Always replace.
❑ 6 Nm
5 - Spoiler motor
❑ Removing
– Rear lid trim removed. Refer to ⇒ Body Interior; Rep. Gr. 70 ; Removal and Installation .
– Remove water drain hoses.
– Disconnect electrical connectors.
– Remove nuts -8- and remove motor from lid.
