Coupe side impact member
– It is removed and installed through the oblong hole for the bel‐
lows.
– To install impact member -1-, slide in through oblong hole in
door -2- and tighten bolts -3- to 12 Nm.
Roadster side impact member
– It is removed and installed through the oblong hole for the bel‐
lows.
– For installation, insert the impact member through the oblong
hole into the door.
– First insert the impact member into the hole on the A-pillar and
then secure slightly with screw -1-.
– Then secure impact member -2- with bolt -1-.
– Tighten the screws from back to front starting on the B-column
with 12 Nm.
Side protective cushion
– Bolt -1- 3.5 Nm
– Insert side protective cushion in door and secure with bolts.
