strut tube on the lid side

4 - Hood hinge
– Before removing a
hinge, support the lid or
secure it against falling.
❑ Gas-filled strut re‐
moved.
❑ Remove the bolts -3-
and nuts -5-.
❑ When removing, re‐
move both hood hinges.
