Watchdog Action on Reset

Select the action that should take place after a reset timeout occurs.
Enable a watchdog during bios POST ( before OS boot).
ATTENTION: if this watchdog is configured with timeouts that are
too agressive, the board might not be able to boot anymore!
Note: Values are valid not until before second boot.
