Enable LPC interface, or disable it by setting all signals to GPIO
mode. In GPIO mode, all pins will be inputs.
Note: TPM and SIO will not work in GPIO mode. If TPM was
configured before make sure to disable TPM, otherwise Windows 7
can hang during boot.
