Chapter 13 High-Pressure Pump Assembly
High-Pressure Pump Assembly Electrical Connections
8) All electrical wires, conduit, cables and small junction boxes shown in the image below are
to be field supplied, therefore, it is recommended that a Licensed Electrician is contracted to
perform all electrical installations.
9) Run the field supplied main power line from the Building Panel to a field supplied junction
box for the High-Pressure Pumps and make the wire connections to the Solenoid Valve
Cables.
10) Then route a power cable to the field supplied Power Disconnect Box for each pump and
make the wire connections to the Pump Motor Cables.
11) Route the Pump Motor Cables to the Junction Box on the Pump Motors and make the
connections with the Pump Motor Wires inside the junction box.
12) Refer to the electrical schematic drawings supplied with the Cube® system for more specific
information on how to run the electrical lines, size of conduit and size of wires.
13) When all the electrical connections are wired properly, close and seal all the junction boxes
be cautious to not crimp down on any of the wires. And, reattach the Pump Covers.
14) Test to see if both the High-Pressure Pumps are functioning properly by supplying water to
the pumps and using the controller to turn on each of the pumps.
