Chapter 6 Frame and Carriage Assembly
Frame Assembly: Position Frame in Bay
Place & Secure the Frame Assembly in Position
1) Using two (2) forklifts under the Head Beams at the Entrance and Exit of the Bay, lift the
Frame Assembly slightly off the ground.
2) Move the Cube® Frame Assembly as necessary to obtain the following:
➢ Align the front face of the feet on the entrance Legs with the setback line at the
entrance of the bay.
AND
➢ Align the driver side Rails with the chalk line on the driver side of the bay and the
passenger side Rails with the passenger side chalk line.
3) Lower the forklifts to set the Frame Assembly in place, align the front face on the entrance
Leg Feet with the Set Back Line. and make fine alignment adjustments as necessary.

Use two (2) forklifts to lift the Frame
Assembly slightly off the ground and
move to approximate location as
specified below.
Step 1 & 2:
Set Back Line
Align Foot Face
with Set Back Line
Lower Frame Assembly and align
Entrance Leg Feet with Set Back
Line. Remove forklift from bay.
