Chapter 6 Frame and Carriage Assembly
Carriage Prep
Location of Equipment Room
The Cube® is shipped with the Carriage wired and plumbed for either a driver side or a passenger
side equipment room location. All instructions and images in this manual are written to reflect a
passenger side Equipment Room, therefore, the utilities are routed to the passenger side of the
Carriage for ease of routing the lines into the Equipment Room. If the site has a driver side
Equipment Room location then the utilities will have been routed to the driver side of the Carriage,
and the instructions will remain the same they will just be a mirrored image of the manual.
Attach the CAT Track Support Assembly to the Frame
Before the Cube® was shipped all the utility connections on the Carriage Head were completed
and the CAT Track Cable Carrier was populated with the electrical cables, water hoses and
airlines.
The CAT Track Support Assembly is to be attached to outside face of the Frame Rails and on
the same side as the Equipment Room. It will be used to route the Cable Carrier with the cables,
hoses, and airlines to the Equipment Room. The CAT Track also keeps the utility lines securely
out of the way as the Carriage travels back and forth on the Rails during operation.
1) The CAT Track Support Assembly will be attached to the Frame Rails on the same side as
the Equipment Room. This manual will show the CAT Track being installed on the passenger
side of the frame.
