Chapter 14 MixStir® for Chemical Tire Application
Overview
The MixStir® Assembly is provided with the Cube® system when the Chemical Tire Application (CTA)
Option has been selected on the Smart Spray Assemblies. The MixStir® Assembly is included,
however, all the utility lines to connect the MixStir® to the Cube® are to be field supplied.
A 1/2” hose is needed to connect the Main Water to the HydroMinder™ Valve, a 1/4" polyline is
needed to connect the Main Air Source to the MixStir® valve, a 110V electrical output is needed to
connect the MixStir® Solenoid Valve to the Building Panel, and a 1/2” natural poly-flow hose is
needed to deliver the chemical solution to the Utility Manifold. The 1/2” natural poly hose is available
for purchase through the Belanger® Aftermarket Group. The other utility lines are to be purchased
from another source.
The 1/2" natural poly-flow hose needed to connect the MixStir® to the Utility Manifold is sold in a 100-
foot section through Belanger® Aftermarket Group, refer to the chart below for the part number.
For the electrical connection, it is recommended, you refer to the electrical schematic drawings
provided and contract a licensed electrician. All the electrical wires, conduit, conduit fittings and
junction box (if necessary) are to be field supplied.
